Ian Fennelly is a renowned Urban Sketcher who loves to paint spontaneously on location. He paints with watercolors, brushes, & pen & ink. He works on top of watercolors with brush pens which adds depth & tonal value to the image. We'll be painting & drawing both en plein air & in the studio . We'll work on location & from photos from our local area & from photos from New York City.
