Didier Georges started painting watercolors at an early age because his father taught watercolors in Lyon, France. His father passed on Didier's passion for painting & his emotional style of artistic expression. Didier studied at The Fine Arts School in Lyon ("Beaux-Arts"). He worked in publishing for several years before he began teaching his passionate style of watercolors. His work is shown in many galleries in France. He teaches portraits, landscapes, & still life. He has received several honors & awards in his artistic career. In his workshop, Didier will demonstrate portraits in neutrals as well as in color, Sketching people in scenery, how to play with shadow & light, & how to free yourself from details to get the essentials of watercolors.
